Beyond just recruiting talent the best contractors are those that are best at developing their talent.  

They then back up and look at every element of their business model constantly looking for ways to make the machine operate better.  

Contractors looking towards the future are integrating technology into every element of their business continually building their competitive advantage.  They are integrating this technology building upon a foundation of great people and processes.
